Building Configuration & Layout

We design the foundation of your building by establishing core engineering requirements, including the overall building length and width, a complete building layout, accurate roof slope design, and optimized bay spacing. We determine the proper placement and type of anchor bolts, and HVAC equipment placement. This process also involves selecting the appropriate frame type and setting exact base elevations to ensure structural integrity. In addition, we evaluate the structural performance of the building to determine the proper size, gauge, frame type, and placement of man doors and overhead doors, ensuring the most efficient operational flow.

Structured with precision-engineered components, our approach includes careful wall and roof panel gauge selection, proper sizing of gutters and downspouts, and the use of long-lasting, cost-effective material specifications to support durability and performance.
